Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland. We're working on expanding internationally — sign up to our newsletter to be first to hear when we add your country.
Processing time
Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next working day.
During peak periods (sale events, new launches, holidays) processing can take up to 48 hours.
Delivery times & costs
Standard UK delivery: 3-5 working days — £3.95. Free on orders over £50.
Express UK delivery: 1-2 working days — £6.95.
Ireland: 5-7 working days — £7.95.
Tracking your order
You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order via our order tracking page.
Missing parcels
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your safe place first. If you still can't find it, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date.
Incorrect addresses
If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, you'll be responsible for the cost of re-delivery. Please double-check your address at checkout.
