How long does UK shipping take?
Standard UK delivery is 3-5 working days from dispatch. Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a working day usually ship the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK and to Ireland. We're working on expanding to the rest of Europe — sign up to our newsletter to be first to hear when we do.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. See our full refund policy for details.
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page has a size chart under 'Size guide'. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. Still not sure? Email us with your measurements and we'll help.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order we can usually make changes or cancel. After dispatch, you'll need to use our returns process.
My item is out of stock — will it come back?
Click 'Notify me when available' on the product page and we'll email you the moment it's back in stock.
