Our 30-day return promise

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return it for a full refund.

What you can return

Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging where possible. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for refund.

What you can't return

  • Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)
  • Earrings (unless faulty)
  • Sale items marked "final sale"
  • Gift cards

How to return an item

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and which items you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within hours with a returns label and instructions.
  3. Package your items securely and attach the returns label.
  4. Drop off at your nearest collection point or post office.
  5. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days of us receiving the return.

Return shipping costs

For UK returns, we provide a pre-paid returns label for £2.95 which is deducted from your refund. Return shipping is free if the item was faulty or we made a mistake.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed, funds usually appear in your account within 3-5 working days depending on your bank.

Faulty items

If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including original shipping costs.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
